The Group Juggle activity stimulated a strong
dialogue about the process of solving problems through with
creativity, teamwork and fresh approaches:
Impossible to Possible
We often convince ourselves that something is impossible. We say
to ourselves, "I could never do that", "That's never been done",
"I shouldn't even try." As a result, we never engage in the
process of creating solutions to the problem. We just accept it
and deal with a never ending obstacle. This is a limiting
belief.
Instead, we need to seek solutions and ask
ourselves, "What haven't I tried", "Who can help me", "What's
another way to look at this" and "What is possible to create
right now?"
Paradigm Busting
A paradigm is a set way of thinking, a pattern of behavior that
generates a consistent result. The question is, "Am I generating
the result that I want?"
If not, you may be stuck. It's time to try
something new...take a different approach. Sometimes shifting
one small habit, behavior or routine can greatly affect your
outcomes.
Success can look different.
There are many ways to be successful. You don't need to do it
like everybody else. Find your own style, try your own ideas,
test, experiment and play until you've created a model that
works for you.
Work Smarter
When something isn't working and you're not making progress, it
can be a big mistake to just "work harder." Instead, find ways
to "work smarter." Find a way to simplify your work. Use your
brain to optimize your outcomes.
