The Zin Game: Leadership Styles

Can you solve a complex problem and rewrite history?

 

 

Three types of leadership emerged and became necessary during the process of solving the Zin Challenge:

 

Energy
Energy leaders often provide the initial vision, spark and positivity to get the process and work started. They are great motivators, cheer-leaders, strategists, visionaries and fire-starters.

 

Organizational

Once the work begins, things would be chaos unless someone can organize the work-flow. Organizational leaders help allocate resources, sort through information, prioritize tasks and make sure things stay focused.

 

Skill

Skill leaders are the ones who take on most of the actual task-based work. These are often highly-skilled team members who can execute the vision of the energy leader. They are rarely vocal leaders but when its time to get down to work, they are efficient and proficient.
