That's a
great question. Leaders are often
characterized as being charismatic,
eloquent, intelligent, powerful,
exciting,
motivating, inspiring, focused, caring ...
and the list goes on.
We have
simplified our definition of a leader into
two simple focus areas. A leader must be
a model and a resource.
Let's talk
about these two focus areas:
Model
It's about integrity. Take a
stand for something and be a model for your
particular cause. You should be committed to
your efforts 24/7/365 without wavering. Your
actions should speak so loudly that people
are drawn to your very presence.
Resource
Share your passion freely.
Get so good at what you do that you can
transfer what you know to others. Serve as a
resource to others. |
