THEME: METHOD
The first level of our HIT Educator Training System is a comprehensive, all-purpose training for both new and experienced educators. This training is focused on taking relevant theories and turning them into practical, everyday tactics for use in the classroom. We call these “The New Fundamentals”. These are critical skills that every teacher now needs to make an impact in the modern learning environment.

THEME: SYSTEM
The second level of our H.I.T. Educator Training System expands on everything from Level One. We take a deeper look at the tools and begin to systemize them to match each teacher’s existing competencies. We model a variety of effective teaching methods, break them into specific tactics and re-assemble them into custom packages based on teaching style and curriculum focus.

THEME: EXECUTE
The third level of our H.I.T. Educator Training System is where the rubber meets the road. This is where we assemble all of the tools from Levels One and Two into dynamic curriculum packages. This goes well beyond traditional lesson planning. Educators will design, develop and deliver brain-friendly learning experiences that get better results for learners.

THEME: WAY OF BEING
The fourth level of our H.I.T. Educator Training System is all about the educator as a model in the learning environment. This is a personal mastery program focused on how the educator can achieve better results by having integrity, being transparent and creating strong personal connectivity in the classroom.

You can still do effective professional development in shorter engagements. We offer a variety of skill enhancing half and full day workshops. We have crafted a few that are most demanded and we can also custom build an event to meet the needs of your team.
