Blind Spots
360 degree feedback is a community responsibility.

As we grow into our roles, sometimes our vision narrows. We only know what we see and we each develop blind spots. These blind spots are areas where we are unaware that we are ineffective, disengaged and possibly even creating unintended challenges for others.

 

Great cultures and strong communities communicate with frequency to ensure that these blind spots are made evident. This enables a higher level of consideration to develop. the resulting community/culture is stronger, more accountable and more focused on keeping problems from developing, rather than allowing them to grow and create unnecessary drama.

 

Encourage those around you to give you frequent feedback. Big or small, these check-ups keep us and our relationships healthy.
