Trajectory

Create shifts for lifelong impact.

Just getting out of bed each day means that your brain will turn on and actively learn from your experiences. But, if you just get up and do the same things, in the same way, with the same people each day, your learning curve flattens and life becomes routine, mundane. This makes you an ADULLT.

Imagine a different way of living. Imagine waking up and pro-actively seeking challenging learning opportunities. Your brain would be consistently growing and re-wiring it's capacity to capture the learning from each new experience.

As educators, we have the opportunity and perhaps even the responsibility to create growth opportunities for our students. We must consistently break routine to keep our students from hitting a plateau and getting into their comfort zones. Each time we raise the gradient or implement variety/diversity, we create small shifts. Each shift alters the students trajectory and projects them towards higher long-term achievement.
